They are 'aqua packed' or arranged in eco florist foam and require minimal care -instructions will be sent with flower food and your personal card message.

Taking care of your flowers is easy, just a few simple steps will make all the difference and keep your flowers looking their best for longer.
- Cut the stems diagonally, removing about 3cm from the bottom of each stem.
- Remove any leaves below the water line, before placing them in a vase.
- Use a clean vase with fresh water; add flower food or a couple of drops of bleach to the water.
- Place your flowers in a cool shady place in your home, out of drafts and well away from heaters, radiators and out of direct sunlight.
- Top up with water every few days; place a mat or other protection under the vase or container to protect your furniture.
- If your flowers arrive in a hat box, you need only top up with a little water every 2 days- Taking take not to over fill. Always protect your furniture.
- If your flowers arrive in a bubble of water (hand tied), place them over a sink, cut the ribbon tying them, the water will run out, remove all the cellophane and other packaging, do not cut the string tying the stems together, just pop them in a vase of clean water.
Please note it may be necessary to substitute flowers for that of a similar or greater value, as all flowers are subject to availability.
Packaging/foliage may vary slightly.
There may be a re-delivery charge- we can not guarantee re-delivery on the same day, especially if it is a busy period e.g. Valentines Day, Mothers Day or other.
Submitting your order form is subject to our acceptance and during very busy periods e.g. Valentines/Mothers Day/Christmas we can only guarantee delivery if we receive your order a minimum of three days (72 hours) before the event.
We cannot accept orders on-line from anyone under the age of 18 years old.
All data collected will not be shared with other companies.
Please note that deliveries to offices, hospitals, hotels and other business locations may be left at the main reception area.
Orders can only be amended or cancelled 7 days before the delivery date.
In order to resolve any complaints and because of the perishable nature of our products, please contact us within 24 hours of the date of delivery.

Delivery information
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, the exception being Valentines Day and Mothers Day when of course we deliver on Sundays!
When ordering flowers for someone please ensure that they will be at home, and give us a 4 hour preferred time frame - (please note on Valentines Day and Mothers Day we can only guarantee delivering sometime between 8am to 6pm). A contact phone number for the recipient is always useful.
We only deliver to the following places:-

The delivery charge is £6.95 to all areas.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?
1) We will leave the flowers at an agreed location at the delivery address – e.g. Leave
at front door (please instruct when ordering or email us at info@inbloombrighton.co.uk )
or
2) We will leave the flowers with a neighbour - and put a card through the recipient’s door advising of this.
or
3) Or we may have to return the flowers to our workshop and contact the recipient at a later
time to arrange collection or re- delivery (please note there may be a charge for this).
Product descriptions- We offer a completely bespoke service using the best available premium flowers and seasonal foliages, images are only a guide.
Our large signature hatboxes are 27cm tall x 28cm in diameter. Extra large are 22cm tall x 35cm dia, they come with a lid and are lovely keep sake. The flowers inside are arranged in floral foam, they can be displayed in the hat box or removed (remove arrangement to water)
Aqua packed, hand tied bouquets are an arranged and tied collection of beautiful seasonal flowers. They are packaged in a bubble of water to keep them fresh. They should be removed from the packaging with in a few of days of receiving and placed in a vase of fresh clean water with flower food, no need to arrange just pop the tied bunch in the vase.
