Terms & Conditions

As most flowers come in from Holland, we will keep you informed on UK import duties post Brexit, as this may affect the prices of your wedding or event flowers.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure you have every one of the agreed flowers for your wedding/event. Florists deal with live markets which can be unpredictable and whilst shortages and big price hikes are not common, they can happen, overnight and without warning- in this instance we will choose best available substitutes within your agreed budget or give you other options. When possible this will be fully discussed with you.

Deposits (for order/event confirmation) and booking fees are non-refundable.

Deposits for hired equipment are refundable upon satisfactory return of hired items. Payment of deposits and booking fees are acknowledgement of Terms and Conditions.

Note: Significant negative order changes or requirements will incur penalty fees.

If items are returned late, or after the agreed period, a penalty charge is payable by the client at the same rate of hire per item per day until returned.
